The OSCE Georgian Elections Assistance Program is part of a broader effort by the international community.

To ensure maximum transparency and co-ordination at all levels, regular meetings are held in Tbilisi and Vienna:

Ambassadorial Working Group (AWG)
Ambassadors of donor States meet once a week in Tbilisi within the framework of the Ambassadorial Working Group to discuss and co-ordinate policies.  The Chairman of the Central Elections Commission of Georgia has also on several occasions been invited to address the forum with updates on progress. Meetings are chaired by the UNDP.

Technical Working Group (TWG)
Representatives of donors and implementing partners meet at working level once a week to co-ordinate projects, update each other on implementation issues and to identify and address any needs that may arise. Meetings are chaired by the OSCE.

OSCE Donor Meetings in Vienna
Regular meetings are held for representatives of OSCE donor States  in Vienna. Meetings are chaired by the OSCE Secretariat.
